Overview
Corvin is a practice-management application. This policy describes what we collect when you use the service and how we use it.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide and data generated when you use the app:
- Account details such as name, email address, and authentication data when you sign up or sign in.
- Workplace content you enter: clients, cases, documents, events, and team membership.
- Technical logs needed to operate and secure the service (for example request errors and health checks).
How we use information
We use your information to provide Corvin, authenticate users, sync optional integrations (such as Google Calendar when you connect them), send transactional email (such as invitations), and improve reliability and security.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) to run the service. Data in your workplace is visible to members of that workplace according to their roles.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and secure credential storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; use a strong password and protect your account.
Contact
For privacy questions about your workplace data, contact the administrator of your firm or the operator of the Corvin deployment you use.
